About Naomi
Naomi manages our rental portfolio and advises owners buying their first or fifth investment home. She keeps a spreadsheet of every roof, HVAC unit and water heater in the portfolio and their ages.
Her view of a good investment is unromantic: a sound house, a fair rent, residents who stay three years. She will talk owners out of purchases regularly.
She came to property management from eight years in facilities work at a hospital, which is why her maintenance triage is better than most.
