Renting a home

What this actually
looks like

Charleston rentals move quickly and many are handled casually. We handle ours the way we handle sales: photographed properly, described accurately, and leased under a written process you can follow.

Every available rental on this site is one we manage. If a home is listed, it is genuinely available, and the price on the page is the price on the lease.
