About Rosalind
Rosalind opened Harbor and Vine in 2014 after eleven years with a large downtown brokerage, and she still writes every pricing opinion that leaves the Vendue Range studio.
Her specialty is the pre-1900 peninsula: houses with earthquake bolts, sills that need a second look, and review boards that have opinions about your shutters. She has sat through more Board of Architectural Review sessions than she would like to count.
She grew up on Legare Street, left for Montreal, and came back with a French degree and a habit of describing houses honestly. Sellers who want to be flattered usually go elsewhere. The ones who stay tend to send their neighbors.
