- Drive the commute at your hourNot at eleven on a Sunday. At 7:40 on a Tuesday, in the rain if you can manage it.
- Walk the block at nine on a FridayParking, noise, lighting and who is out. Ten minutes tells you more than any report.
- Stand there during a hard rainCharleston floods from the sky as well as the sea. Watch where the water goes.
